Founded in May 2017 by two super-fans of Chinese web novels and Japanese / Chinese animation & games.

In the past four and half years, they have read more than 150 books, or about 600 million words. Now they think it is the right time to introduce those excellent web novels to overseas fans.

We have the vision to translate the top Chinese novels into English, catering to readers all over the world. Other than being a leader in the translation and editing of Chinese-English novels, we also aims to encourage native-English writers to publish with us. This is the right platform for those who adore literature, who have dreams of becoming writers, and who love to share their passion.

We share the same passion for stories as readers, authors and illustrators. As we got to work with more people involved in the creative industry, we realized that there are many cases where great stories have trouble finding their niche audience. To close that gap between authors and potential fans, we embarked on a new journey to discover new voices from all over the world. 

With Scribe, our goal is to promote these undiscovered stories, through many more platforms and new communication channels. We firmly believe there's a fan for every story, and a home for every author.
